Your First Fitness Camp is FREE, so come and give it a try!  Future sessions only $15 (cash or check accepted).  Bring a friend and don't forget water and a mat!

***Game Changer Performance Training M, W & F 4-5pm for athletes looking for additional strength, speed, agility & power.  $125 per month @ Strong Gym and includes gym fee.

Welcome to Be Strong Fitness. My strength training/conditioning program will enable you to gain strength, improve your energy level, achieve better posture, gain muscle tone, and improve your overall health and appearance.  My personalized approach will help you transform both body and mind. Let's face it, most trainers just watch you exercise. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. You need the knowledge to make a lifestyle change.  With my program, you will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, nutrition and health. I will not only show you correct physical exercise techniques, but upon request, customize a nutrition plan that can change your life!   It changed mine!  Combining strength training, cardiovascular work and nutrition helped me lose 35lbs and 19% body fat all at the age of 44!   Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity.  Being Strong....It's Never Too Late!
